Would love the option to only have the day and month and not year requested when asking for DOB. Less privacy issues but can still use it to send "happy birthday" emails.

Would also like to see a UK / European format for Birthdays so, Day, Month Year rather than the US Month Day Year.... or for it to state 1st Jan 1990 or Jan 1st 1990 as it reads a bit "foreign" to us here in Europe?
